Bradford County housing stock is older than Clay County’s, and that shows up in remodels. Cast iron drain lines are standard in anything built before the 1970s here - still serviceable, but tying modern PVC into them is not a ten-minute job. Bathrooms from that era rarely have anything waterproof behind the tile. We would rather find that on day one of demo and tell you, than discover it after you have paid for tile.

Where exactly is your showroom?
1365 South Water Street, right on US-301 in Starke, Monday to Friday 9 to 5. It is a real showroom - you can see and handle the flooring, tile and countertop samples rather than picking from a screen.
Do you remodel in Lawtey, Hampton, Brooker and Lake Butler?
Yes. All of them are minutes from the shop, and Bradford and Union County work is what we have done longest.
My house is older. Will that make the remodel harder?
Sometimes, and it is better to know upfront. Cast iron drains, no waterproofing behind old tile, and a subfloor that has been leaking quietly at the toilet flange are the three we find most in houses around here. None of them are disasters. All of them add days if nobody planned for them.
How soon can you start?
Sooner here than anywhere else we work, because there is no drive. Call (904) 964-8347 and we will come look at the room.
Do you do kitchens as well as bathrooms?
Both, plus countertops and whole-home projects. We started in flooring in 2004 and grew into the rooms around the floor, which is why the flooring on a KLC remodel is ours rather than a subcontractor’s.
What will it cost?
Depends on how much has to move. New surfaces on an existing layout is one number; relocating plumbing, or opening a wall, is a different one. We do not quote square-foot prices sight unseen - we walk the room first, and the estimate is free.
